John Armleder – Together

From 4 February to 9 May 2027, the Museum Haus Konstruktiv is dedicating a comprehensive solo exhibition entitled Together to the Geneva-based artist John Armleder (b. 1948). As one of the defining figures of Swiss contemporary art, Armleder brings together diverse artistic approaches and forms of expression in his multi-layered body of work. His works often engage in a dialogue with constructivist-concrete and conceptual art, whilst simultaneously drawing on elements from design and everyday culture and combining them with subtle humour. The exhibition offers a multifaceted insight into Armleder’s artistic practice and highlights the diverse connections to those art-historical positions that also shape the programmatic profile of the Museum Haus Konstruktiv.
