To mark the 40th anniversary of Zurich’s Museum Haus Konstruktiv, its director, Sabine Schaschl, has once again compiled a collection of conversations and texts with and by artists whose works have been exhibited at the museum in recent years. Accompanied by numerous exhibition views, the contributions offer insights into the thought processes and working methods of internationally renowned artists such as Vera Molnár, Carlos Bunga, Julije Knifer, Kirstine Roepstorff, Kapwani Kiwanga, José Davila, Yves Netzhammer, Chiharu Shiota, Damián Ortega and Olaf Holzapfel. ‘Rückblicke / Flashbacks’ is the follow-up volume to ‘Zusammen / Together’ (2022), which brings together selected texts and conversations from the museum’s exhibition history between 2015 and 2022.
