TOMÁS SARACENO

1 June to 3 September 2017

Switzerland’s first large solo exhibition of the internationally renowned Argentine artist Tomás Saraceno (born in 1973, lives and works in Berlin) is to be held at Museum Haus Konstruktiv. With his spatial installations at the intersection between art, architecture and the natural sciences, he asks questions about future forms of “more-than-human” dwelling.

JÜRG STÄUBLE

1 June to 3 September 2017

Museum Haus Konstruktiv will dedicate a retrospective solo exhibition to the work of Swiss artist Jürg Stäuble (born in 1948, lives and works in Basel), which spans almost 50 years and is situated in the context of minimalism, land art and conceptual art.

COUNTER SPACE CONCRETE INCUBATOR

The walk-through installation in front of Museum Haus Konstruktiv will be possible to visit until 27 August.

The concrete incubator is a conceptual model, a test space, a walk-through monument and a materialized utopia, arising from the following question: What lies between the wastelands, gaps and voids of a city and a design for eternity?
